• Phone Customisation Service – High-end, artistic modifications to phones, featuring backlit elements and artistic designs. Can be performed on a phone provided by customer, or might include sourcing service where we purchase the phone for the customer.
• Bespoke Custom Creations – One-of-a-kind luxury designs tailored for individual clients, customising any piece of technology, such as iMac or laptop, headphones or other devices

What is the difference between your 360° Cases and custom phones?
Our 360° Cases offer high-end craftsmanship and exclusive materials in a protective phone case, designed in-house from start to finish. Our Custom Phones, on the other hand, involve full-scale artistic modifications to the device itself, often incorporating advanced techniques such as illuminated inserts.

Why are your cases different from other premium phone cases?
OWNLOOKS 360° Cases are not just protective covers – they are handcrafted luxury pieces. Unlike conventional cases, we use real carbon fibers, rare woods, and metals, assembled with meticulous attention to detail. We are also the only luxury cases manufacturer to embed a Camera Control button in our cases, ensuring that our cases are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional

What types of phone customisation service do you offer?
We provide three levels of customisation:

• Serial Custom Devices – Pre-designed, limited-run designs available for direct purchase.
• Personalisation – Adding individual touches like initials or engravings to an existing serial customised design.
• Bespoke Customisation – A fully unique, one-of-a-kind design tailored exclusively for you.

Are your MagSafe Armour accessories just decorative?
No, they serve both as an aesthetic enhancement and a functional accessory. Made with the same level of precision as our customised phones, these magnetic panels give your device a transformed look at a fraction of the cost of a full customisation.

What materials do you use?
We work with premium materials such as carbon fibres, exotic woods, solid gold and gold-plating, diamonds, high-grade alligator leather, and custom galvanic-grown metals. Unlike conventional manufacturers, we select and process each material meticulously to achieve an unparalleled luxury finish.

Will my customisation wear out over time?
Our proprietary assembly techniques ensure durability. Unlike standard modifications, our craftsmanship prevents common issues like peeling, fading, or structural weaknesses.

How does your backlight work? Will it drain my battery?
Backlight utilises our proprietary O-Drive technology, allowing it to turn on and off simultaneously with the screen of the phone. Due to our engineering, it only consumes 1-3% of your battery depending on the size of the backlit area and amount of LEDs used. It is recommended to disable the “Always On” function on iPhone display.

Are your MagSafe Armour accessories just decorative?

Ordering & Customisation Process

How do I place an order for a customised phone or case?
For serial custom devices and accessories, you can order directly from our website. For bespoke designs, please contact us for a consultation.

How long does customisation take?

• 360° Cases & Accessories: Typically ship within 3-5 business days if in stock, or require 3-4 weeks to produce if made to order.
• Serial Custom Phones: Production takes 4-6 weeks.
• Bespoke Designs: Timeframes vary based on complexity.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom and hand-made products, returns are only accepted for defective items. However, we ensure rigorous quality checks before shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All our goods are produced on demand.
Production of serial models takes from 5 to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the chosen model, usually cases are shipped within 2 weeks since the order placement. You will receive a message from us to confirm the lead time.
In Stock items will be shipped within 3 business days once the availability is confirmed.

Can I request a custom design based on a past project?
Yes! While every bespoke piece is unique, we can take inspiration from previous works to craft something tailored for you.

Support & Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all OWNLOOKS products come with a one-year warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. Water damage and broken screens are not covered!

Do I keep the original device warranty if I purchase a customised phone from you? 
No, due to the nature of customisation, original device warranty becomes void when you repair or open the device. However the device is covered by our warranty.

Are the customised devices waterproof?
While we do the utmost to preserve the original qualities of the device, customised phones may be susceptible to damage if submerged in water, dropped in a pool or sea etc. Please note that original Apple devices aren’t covered for water damage either, you can find relevant information on Apple website.
